Can't connect to Internet

For the past TWO MONTHS my daughter has been unable to connect to the internet on her phone. Each time we've called customer service and gotten the basic "let's try this..." run around. Each time they've said, well maybe when you refill, it will work again. NOPE. This is really starting to aggravate me, as I pay each month for unlimited data, text, and calls but I'm not getting what I'm paying for. :evil:

She has a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim.

I've posted relies on at least 5 different posts. Do I have to CREATE new posts so we can discuss this issue??? Seems a little ridiculous.
