I am using an HP Veer "4G" (hpsa+ actually) and am generally connected at +- 2mbps. However, generally about once a week my data magically drops to around 100 kbps for no apparent reason. I have to contact customer service (which takes about 45 minutes to get a representative IF I don't get the "we can't take your call today" message) and they ask me to restart my phone while they configure the "system" and boom it works again. Of course today I am unable to get ahold of customer service due to an "unusually high call volume" (which, by the way, isn't THAT unusual since that message is heard more than not). Meanwhile, I am stuck without an acceptable data speed for an unspecified reason or solution. Restarting doesn't work without some ST rep doing SOMETHING in "the system. I have been trying to contact ST since last night to no avail and I am never informed of a DIY solution, so I am completely powerless at this point. How can this year long + customer be satisfied? Thank you in advance.
P.S. If there is such a shortage of customer service reps, I personally know many proper English-speaking individuals who are more than capable and qualified, as well as in need of any employments positions that (obviously) need filled.
