help with ringtone

Hi!
I bought a new ringtone. I bought one last year and had no problems with that one. I bought this one about an hour ago and I never received a text message. About 30 minutes ago I called customer service and they are NO help. She kept repeating some of the same questions of things I had already done. I went to the website and the ringtone is listed under "My Stuff". It says you can re-download it but it doesn't have a place to "click" to start the download to send to your phone. I know they only cost something like $2.89 and I could buy it again but the same thing could happen again. I have just the cheapest phone I think. It is the LG 220 phone. I would appreciate any help.

Why purchase ringtones when you can get tons of them for free. Or you can make your own.
