Can't receive purchased ringtone

Three days ago, I went to the Apps section of the Straight Talk website on my home computer and purchased a ringtone (Too Close) for $2.99. However, I never received a text on my phone to download it. Since it said I can download the same ringtone up to 10 times in 72 hours, I tried again, but I still didn't receive the ringtone. And according to my credit card bill, I was charged both times. I can find the ringtone in the "My Stuff" folder of the Apps section, but there is no way to send it to my phone.

The following day, I called customer service. The lady told me that she couldn't find any record of my having purchased a ringtone; she searched by both my phone number and my credit card number (which I tried to refuse to give her, but she said that was the only way she could track the purchase). I told her that I can SEE the ringtone in my Straight Talk account online, as well as the charge on my credit card. She said maybe it just wasn't in their system yet, and I should call back in an hour if I still hadn't received it. Considering it had been almost a full DAY, I don't know why another hour would help!

Today was the third day and I still haven't received the ringtone at my phone, so I emailed Straight Talk customer service. I got an automated reply that my problem should be resolved in about 6 hours. Well, it's been almost 10 hours, and not only have I not received my ringtone, but now apparently I can't receive or make certain calls. When my husband (who also has a ST phone) or I try to call each other, we get a message from Verizon saying that the customer is not available (although we can still text). When I try to call our cell phones from my house phone, I get the same message. But for some reason, we can still call TO the home phone from our ST phones. I know they were working properly last night, so I wonder if they screwed something up when they tried to resolve my ringtone problem.

So, here's what I need: I need my phone and my husband's ST phones to be able to make and receive calls to each other. I need to be able to call our ST phone from our land line phone. I need my ringtone to be sent to my phone. And I need to reimbursed for one of the two ringtone charges (or both, if it never works).

Up until now, I've been very happy with Straight Talk, but now everything is apparently going wrong at once!

This is about the same problem I have. I bought a ring tone and it shows up in "My Stuff" but it has not come up as a text message yet. I bought it about 12 hours ago. The on-line customer service people or their computers are not able to help me. She could not even find my phone number in her system. I have had this phone number for a few years I know. This is so frustrating. They need to do something about the customer service that they can really help people when you call. Now I don't know what to do to get my Ringtone. Does anyone know what to do?
