I have tried for over a month to go to the straight talk website to buy a ring tone and every time I put in my number it goes to a page saying comming soon as they are updating the site. I have called customer service several times with no help. How can I buy a ringtone off the straight website? I have a samsung proclaim 3g phone

Hi cattrapper. My name is Straight Talk Charisse and I will be addressing your question. Since your phone model is an Android, you must go to the "Google Play" icon on your phone to download content. There are free apps that allows you to download free ringtones/music, etc. Thanks.

Hi cattrapper. Once you're on Google Play, browse on the categories or you can directly search an app, for example: free music downloader. There should be an information if it's free or what's the cost. Thanks.
