Cannot send MMS all of a sudden

For some reason I cannot send any MMS messages. I was able to, am now on travel in 29406, have FULL bar strength in the city and 4G service, BUT it WILL NOT send my MMS messages. sometimes it even keeps tryign to send it for hours, one took 8 hours to fail in its attempt to send.

Samsung Exhibit II, BYOP with T-mobile phone.

Please help, i couldn't even send a text with a phone number in it today because it was trying to hyperlink it, making it a mms instead of a regular text.
