I have the ZTE917vl through Straighttalk.
On my account at Straighttalk you have an alert I must change phones.
I very recently got this phone, and ZTE has verified the Qualcomm and Snapdragon as being VOLTE capable.
It has been my assumption that it all comes down to Straighttalk.
I called and talked with a USA Govt.agency who verified that it is a firmware upgrade issue ....with my provider (Str.talk) on my phone model..
I would like to know why you (Str.talk) insist I need another phone.
It all comes down to firmware, and if you issued the proper software upgrade for my phone, I don't have to get another phone.
Please let me know the whys, etc. and if that is a problem with Straighttalk, or the phone mfr. (ZTE) and the USGovt.were wrong.
