Htc amaze byop problems.help

I just did the byop with my tmobile amaze 4g..here is my list of issues...

1. Can't access voicemail...at all
2. Can't send or receive texts or mms.
3. Phone now does a weird flash to white htc screen then has to load my home screen, every single time
I hit the home button...

Wondering if apn settings that came with the card happens to be wrong... All I can do is make calls
