Centura set up

I just goy the new centura phone by samsung...I love it, but....I cannot utilize my music for ringtones? Can someone school me on how to do this?

I never received a "private message" but did figure this out on my own. However, I have two residences...one I connect to wifi without a problem. At the other, i enter the password, it says connecting, connection. phone secured then says authenticating problem and goes no further. My father has the very same phone and has no problem connecting at all. Coincidentally, I connected this morning to an open hotel connection with zero problems. Only here... Also, I encountered this issue last week with the same type brand new phone, and after ninety minutes on the phone with customer service and taking the battery out while the phone is on, and factory reset x2 they suggested that I return the phone to walmart as it was clearly not their problem...and yet, here we go again, with another brand new phone...

I believe this to be post number five....I didn't think one had to bend and contort this way in America...oh, that's right, I'm sure this is being sent to a foreign country with very little grasp of the English language or the American way of offering customer service...as if I was not aggravated enough by the phone issues...
