ZTE HELP!!!

Starting yesterday I have not been able to use the internet or any apps that use the internet. The 3G is lite up showing its working. Data is on. But cant use it! How can I fix it?! Does the network need to be updated?? I tried turning it off for a few and even restarting it.. It still wont work!!!

My 3G internet is so slow. Its like dial up. Why does it take so long to load pics and can't even watch YouTube cause it won't load.
