Can't activate new ST phone

Can't activate new ST phone

Why can't I get my new ST phone activated. Ported successfully my old number from Net10. Now it's deactivated and the new ST phone says Activation Required. Now I have service from neither phone for 24 hours. I've called Tech Svc. No help. It'd be a great phone if I could get it activated. Can anybody help?
