I've called ST 7 times and still no help

Is there anyone at ST customer service who knows Apple iPhone products??? When I call them it's like they never heard of the product. My ST iPhone can no longer access the internet via 3G. I've heard that if I can find the ST rep who know iPhone, the problem is easy solved. Anyone know how to get to the ONE ST rep??? :evil: :evil:
