ATT Huawei U8665

I purchased a Straight Talk sim card after checking my Huawei U8665 on the BYOP website. I've only made one call on the phone right after it was setup. My data usage keeps going up but I can't connect to the internet unless I'm around wi-fi.
What would be causing this?

ST Larry fixed my phone yesterday. But when I got up this morning it had went back to the way it was, no phone or text.

My phone still isn't working properly. I've tried restoring the phone to factory default settings, deleting all my apps. I can put the straight talk sim card in my old att phone and it works to make calls and texts but there is no mobile web.
