I am Carol826 and I have asked 4 times at least for help with my Samsung Galaxy 3 phone. It will do nothing but say Samsung on the screen. I need this phone as it is my only phone to use and receive. Could I please get some answers as to what to do. I tried on line support and they could not help me and I was told to export as CSV and I asked how and still no answer. Could someone please answer me and give me some directions? Thank you.
