MY QUESTION is HOW can "someone" steal my phone service????? my phone has been disconnected going on 3tymes, and I am getting very PISSED off!!!!!!!
Don't you people have security on your service ???? so nobody can "STEAL" someone's service?????? I would REALLY like to know this???

Simply that someone setting up this phpBB forum set that requirement to 5, and no-one's changed it.
