Due to lack of space I would like to delete some of the software programs that were already on the phone when purchased. Including, but not limited to maps, places,etc. Unable to figure this one out. Please help.

Hello lulu. I had your problem in the past. I fixed it by uninstalling the updates to the apps that I don't use. Then I went to my security settings and disallowed auto updating. While you cannot delete the preloaded apps on your phone, you can limit the space they take. Hope that helps
