Is there a Siri App for a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim

Yes, I have swore I would never modernize with the world. Yet I have been sucked in. I finally got a phone with texting. It takes me about 3 minutes to type a question. No not a paragraph. I have fat fingers (super sized). I have been told there was something that could be downloaded on some phones. So, I could talk into the mouth piece and it would put it in a text message. So I want even have to type at all. From what I understand it comes with all Iphones. Yet I have been told there is a app that can be downloaded on a lot of phones. I have a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim. Is there anyway possible to get this feature on my phone? Thanks from a OLD man!
