Help on ringtones that were already bought but not gotten

I bought a ringtone yesterday and a text message came in but as I was trying to retrieve the message/ ringtone it disappeared and I don't have it downloaded. I tried to call tec support but wasn't getting no help nor antone who could speak understandable english. In the area that says my stuff the ringtone is here on this site and it states I can redownload it for free of charge up to 72 hours. Ok how do I do this I find no button that allows me to do it. When I did call tec support they wanted me to buy another one just to find out what happened ummm no I'm not spending more money if it didn't work the first time. Please someone help me.
