Is it possible to set specific tones to contacts for texting like it is ringtones?

Hi Chassy24. That varies depending on the phone model. What is the phone model so that we can check if your phone is capable of doing that? Thanks!

Hi Chassy24. My name is Straight Talk Charisse and I will be addressing your question. Please follow the isntruction below to assign ringtone to an entry/contact:
1.From the main screen, tap the "Contacts" icon.
2.Tap the contact that you would like to assign a ringtone.
3.Press the MENU key.
4.Tap "Edit contact."
5. Tap Ringtone and tap a ringtone to select it.
6. Tap OK.
7.To return to the main screen, press the HOME key.
