Straight talk sucks!!

Okay so I have been with straight talk about 4 years almost, Well I bought a cell phone off the website the "Samsung galaxy precedent" I have had it since about January 2012 well just yesterday the phone just completely lost service. It made me so mad!!!!!! So I had to contact straight talk then I got stuck talking to them on the phone for 3 hours. Then today I got told that my phone would no longer would work at my house so I have to go all the way to town just to text my dad back!! :x :x What am I going to do I just bought the time card and do not have another cell phone I am beyond mad right now!!!

My phone was working perfectly fine yesterday & this morning. Then all of a sudden the 3g disappeared and now my phone will not work. It keeps saying Error 67 on it. It won't send text messages or anything not even receive calls. what should i do

had 3G this morning and it disappeared off my phone, i cant txt, then i can txt, i cant answer my phone it goes into a no signal each time i try to answer it..i just got my phone back after ST so called fixed it 2wks ago...what a load of 'BAT GUANO" im taking my number to www.metropcs.com, anything has to be better than this

straight talk sucks. their access number dumps the call after u punch in the ILD number u want to dial saying "we have to hang up now" was working fine till 3 days back and now the CS isnt able to figure out what is wrong. ticket id 1068354018. it worked for 10 days and hasnt been working since 11th of April. they refuse to fix it just giving me the go around and trying to say "ILD number is wrong" or similar things which arent true as it has worked for 10 days!

March 2013 - My 'everything' plan suddenly isn't everything any more.
April 2013 - Run out of patience & call customer service. End up talking to 3 different people in 3 different countries & not one of them speaks English as a first language. They tell me to do this & that on the phone & it will work. BS.
May 2013 - I've done everything they've told me & the phone still doesn't work. Don't really want to cancel the service because the hubbie just got on the plan & the phones are expensive. So I call customer service again. Again, they tell me to do the thing the people last month told me to do & more stuff. Phone still doesn't do 'everything' any more & they still don't speak / understand English.
June 2013 - Call customer service AGAIN! This time it's another person from the Philippines who tells me the other people I've talked to are idiots & He's going to reprogram my phone & everything will be hunky dory.
July 2013 - PHONE STILL DOESN'T FREAKING WORK! I'm shopping around for something else. If Straight Talk works for my hubbie, great but it ain't working for me any more.

We have been using Straight Talk for about a week. We bought four phones (Motorola XT555C). We switched from Verizon and kept our old numbers. I've only managed to make a couple of calls and they were dropped. I am lucky if I have one bar and as soon as I try dialing I have none. 3G is usually not available. I did manage to send one text, but my son hasn't. He just gets a "sending" signal but it never sends. This plan is terrible. You should be sued for false advertising. The package says unlimited talk, text and data with a vague reference to the fact that some functionality may be limited. Then after you buy the POS, you can read that unlimited doesn't mean anything close to unlimited. All of your claims about service are BS. I want my money back, but I know that'll never happen. But word of mouth and the internet can do a lot of damage to a rip-off company like this and if I don't get satisfaction, I'm putting the word out everywhere I can. Straight Talk was recommended to me by several people so I didn't investigate like I should have.
