To reset your phone just go to Menu> Settings> go to Security> If you will be asked to enter the "Lock Code", just enter the last 4 digits of your phone number or enter "0000" for the default lock code> go to Reset Default> Revert> and confirm> the phone will display "Please wait! Phone is resetting". Hope this helps. Thanks.
restoring prepaid service when it says disabled
Posted: Sun Jan 29, 2012 9:25 pmThe resetting did not change my prepaid service disabled notice. How do I get my phone to work?! It has a month worth of service on it! It should be in service!
