Video Coice Mail change

For most of my time with Straight Talk (about 10 years), my voicemail selection on my IPhone (regardless of model) has shown a listing of phone numbers that have left messages for me.

For about the past year I have had video video voice male on my IPhone X. It just appeared one day, for some reason. All of a sudden, last Tuesday (01/25/2021), it just disappeared. I did not update or change anything. It just went away. Now, when I go to my voicemail screen all I get is a screen that has a button that says, “Call Voicemail,” which I have to do to listen to messages. I don’t even get the list of numbers that I got before video voice mail. In addition, my wife, whose IPhone 6s changed to video voicemail the same day mine did, still has video voicemail on her phone.

Can someone tell me what’s going on? If I could get the video voice mail back, that would be good, too.

Hi there my visual voicemail also disappeared.
I bought the phone from straight talk and had it for a while don't know what happened but its just a call voicemail button now.
Please assist. I heard things about APN settings and am not that cell phone savy.
what do i need to do to turn my visual voicemail back on??
