ACTIVATION

I need to activate my phone. I purchased a phone online at walmart.com. When I called to activate it I was told the phone was not properly scanned so they can't activate it. It's been 2 weeks since I got this phone so Walmart can't exchange it. I don't want to exchange it. I just need to activate it. What can I do? Thank you.
