SMSC Number

I have two ST numbers and both are having trouble receiving SMS messages. There is a "Download" message. Both numbers are with ST AT&T and I want to confirm that the SMSC number should be 13123149810 or should it be a different number. I have tried several different ST APN settings with the same results. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
