iPhone 8 Plus Visual Voicemail Stopped Working in Nov 2019

I am looking for help turning back on my visual voicemail that stopped working in November 2019, after an iPhone update. I've tried live chatting with Straight Talk support and they didn't have an answer or any tips to try. Anybody have any luck?

Hi Mark - I clicked on the link you sent me yesterday and chatted with a representative that again apologized that I never received the first call back and he scheduled another call back for last night. And, no one called me yet again.

So what do I do to fix this issue?
