IPhone 7 Plus Visual Voice Mail stopped working

My visual voice mail was woking until about 3 months ago. Now, I get texts that start with VZWVVM:SYNC=NM each time I receive a voice mail. I then have to call in to hear the message. How can I get the visual voice mail feature to start working once again. Any thoughts? I have already completed the Reset Network Settings with no response.

Please check your your Forum inbox at the upper left corner beside User Control Panel where you can see (1 new message). You can use our self-service menu by simply texting the word HELP to 611611. Thanks.

I have the same problem happening on my IPhone XR. I have also tried resetting the network settings. Can someone help me?

My name is amanda and me and my husband are having issues with our phones. It's saying im sorry im unable to unauthenticate your phone. Need help. Just paid our phone bills
