At some point in the last 5 days I’ve lost the ability to use visual voicemail on my unlocked iPhone XR purchased directly from Apple. When I go to the voicemail tab in the phone app it prompts me to call voicemail.

I’ve completed the following trouble shooting steps:
Force restarted
Toggled airplane mode off and on
Toggled cellular data off and on
Reset network settings
Erased and restored from iCloud back
