Service pin doesn't work

After entering in my service PIN it said, "The Straight Talk service PIN you've entered is not valid for this phone". Tried several times just to be sure. Same card I've always purchased. And checked with Wal-Mart to make sure the card was activated at the register. Everything is as it should be, but still nothing. I was told it had to be fixed by Straight Talk.
