Call Forwarding

Recently my call forwarding stopped working, so using Google Voice for voicemail no longer works and I have no idea how to get into my Straight Talk voicemail. I don't know the PIN and every attempt to reset it on the support site does not work.
Are you going to allow Call Forwarding again? I have seen similiar issues discussed elsewhere but no solutions.

Click on "New Messages" beside User Control Panel to view your forum inbox. You can use our self-service menu by simply texting the word HELP to 611611. Thank you.

I am also having issues with setting up conditional Call Forwarding (when busy/no answer) On one of my lines it works and forwards calls if there is no answer but on another line I have it does not. I get the same network/Sim error. I have attempted to replace the sim card with a new one but am still having issues setting it up
