Iphone cannot send or receive MMS

I am unable to send and receive MMS or group messages! I have called for 2 hours and "chatted on line" with the service department and still no resolution. Do not send me to the apple store as the apple store does not handle the APN settings for any carrier. This is a very big problem that straight talk is having and us as customers pay for our service and want to use our service that we pay for! I officially have to Iphones that are useless because Straight Talk cannot get the problem fixed!
