Recently when I try to get my voicemail messages, I simply get the error "Sorry, the service you have requested is not currently available. Please try again later." The phone number being used for voicemail is +1-980-254-8962.

I have been having the same problem for over one week and would like to know how to resolve it. Nothing has changed with my phone or my settings. The voicemail just stopped working and I am missing important messages that come through while I am at work. Please post a solution as soon as Straight Talk figures out what is wrong with their service.

I am also having the same issue for over a week now. I either get the "service not available" message mentioned by others, an automatic push to leave a message for a full mailbox, or it rings without ever connecting to the system. This is really problematic because I am missing important messages and it is impacting my work. Please post a solution as soon as Straight Talk figures out what is wrong with their system.

I tried the chat before I posted on this forum and got nowhere. This is clearly not an individual user issue and needs to be addressed system-wide. Try again and let us all know what Straight Talk is doing to remedy the issue.

I have recently run into the same problem.My voicemail says customer unavailabe.Have called customer service about 20 times. They reset my voicemail and it works for a about a half hour.
