APN? No MMS

Just got a Samsung Note 9, Unlocked. I have 2 issues with it that I am sure is to do with the APN setting. When I make a call or recieve a call, my data turns off till I end the call. The other issue is SMS works but I can't get or send MMS. Think it is in the APN set up. I have spent a long time with tech support and still no go. Attached is my settings.
