BYOP MMS stopped working

BYOP MMS stopped working

Postby Stiefp » Tue Aug 06, 2019 3:16 am

So I am looking for help regarding a bizarre situation. I had been using an Axon 7 for 3 years and had never had a problem. Then, in June Straight Talk shut my data off. I went ahead and purchased a new plan and had data. However, I was unable to send or receive MMS. I put another ST sim card in and was able to send MMS with no problem. I now have a new BYOP phone and still experience this issue. I installed another different ST sim card and immediately was able to use MMS features. I have even set up another ST sim card hoping that would solve it, but had no luck. The only thing the representative on the chat could tell me is they can't guarantee all phones will work...no matter how many times I explained that other people's sim cards worked find in the phone. Please help.

So I just got off of a hour chat where they were still unable to help me. However the Rep that I got the second time was very nice and did what he could. The first Rep sat there for 15 minutes and only said okay. Is there anyone that can actually explain what is going on?
