Don't want a voicemail password

With all the robocalls I'd love to get rid of my voicemail password. My phone is already protected by a main password. Is there anyway to set up voicemail without setting a password? My wife has same service and for some reason was able to set hers up without. I've tried customer service without any luck. iPhone 6
Thanks

ST was unable to help me-several times and in fact after I had my voicemail reset it demanded a 7 digit password instead of four. Luckily I found the information from the Consumer Cellular site.
Using your cellphone, dial your voicemail.
If you have new messages, you can either listen to them or press * (star) to go to the Main Menu. If you don’t have new messages, you are already at the Main Menu.
Press 4 for Personal Options.
Press 2 for Administrative Options.
Press 1 for Passwords.
Press 2 to toggle between Password On and Password Off.
