Has anyone actually managed to fix this issue? ST support is less than helpful, telling me to "check my iPhone manual"

To be clear for other board members StraightTalk DOES NOT SUPPORT VisualVoice mail on an ATT iPhone 7 Plus in any form. Why they don’t seem to what to admit nor post this is beyond me. Heads up in you are BYOB you will get stuck with 25 year old, flip phone voice mail technology.
