The phone has both CDMA and GSM capabilities. I went into the settings of the phone and changed it from CDMA to GSM.
Before I take the SIM card out of my Nexus 5 is there any reason I would have a problem with this phone
on Straight Talk with my existing AT&T straight talk sim?
I know I can just try it but before I do that I have to cut the SIM card (I have a SIM cutter) to go from micro to nano.
I am waiting for a nano to micro adapter to arrive just in case I have to go back to my Nexus 5.
I live in Rhode Island with good Straight Talk Coverage using AT&T SIM. I want to stay with this SIM.
Would I have to enter the APN info for straight talk into the Galaxy S7 Edge? I didn't have to do this with my Nexus 5 but I do
know how to do this if I need to.
What is the procedure should the SIM get damaged and I wanted to get replacement SIM maintaining my same phone number?
Thanks,
Ken
