I am so frustrated. I have a son with learning disabilities and tend to get calls throughout the week. I am a dispatcher, so I cannot answer my phone 90% of the time. I used Google Voice for my voicemails because it was visual voicemail. I spoke to Straight Talk in December when I bought a new phone (did not purchase through Straight Talk) and was told they would put the conditional call forwarding back on. My phone was $900+ and it pisses me off that I cannot use MY GOOGLE VOICE! I already purchase your service every month. This is poor business practice and unacceptable. I want back the capability to NOT have your voicemail!
