Cant make or receive calls

I have a verizon samsung galaxy note 5 that is activated. I am able to use the internet but cant make or receive any phone calls.. When trying to make a phone call it says dialing then hangs up saying out of service area.. Please help!!!

So I am experiencing similar problems. I cannot receive or make calls. When I do, it says all circuits are busy. I can send texts and still access the internet
