facebook verification texts

for about a week, i have been unable to receive 2 factor authentication texts from Facebook. I know that Facebook is sending the code because when I tested it by typing in random numbers, I got an error message that read "the code does not match the code that was sent to your phone". That means the issue is not on their end. I can receive verification and confirmation texts from other short codes but Facebook is not working. can someone help? thanks

I am having the exact same issue, but with multiple apps. None of my short code messages are coming through to verify various apps. Did you ever find out a solution for this?
