Can't read numbers on my card

I recently bought a straight talk card. When I attempted to scratch off the silver part over the numbers, the numbers also scratched off. Now I can't read the numbers and can't reactivate my phone.

Cant read numbers on my card

Hello guys,
Im a spanish user, sorry about my english.
My problem is that telnet dosent work. I cant connect to asus by telnet, but I have conection with workgroup of windows. I try to reset but nothing happens. I cant install moservice too. What can I do?
