Visual Voicemail

I had visual voicemail on my last iPhone with Straight Talk, so I know it works. I bought a new iPhone 7, now it’s not working again.

When I go to the visual voicemail page, it has a button for me to call and enter my pin to listen to my voicemails. How do I get this working again so that I have visual voicemail?

I just switch to Straight Talk and mine doesn't work.
