Phone is possessed it locked my daughters SIM need PUK now!

I need the PUK for my daughters phone immediately. She was online using it and it locked her sim card now prompting for PUK number and of course the phone lines are closed. She is without a phone and I need it fixed NOW. Severely ticked off customer of 5 yrs on 3 phones.
