Visual Voicemail not working

My visual voicemail disappeared. When I go to voicemail it starts dialing a number and I have to enter a pin. How do I get visual voicemail back

I am curious how to activate visual voicemail, also. On my iPhone SE.
When I go to voicemail now, it makes me dial VM.
