I see a whole lot of "take this offline" answers, but no follow ups with the results.

Long time users (such as myself) have a feature taken away after upgrading to very expensive new unlocked phones (+/-$1k - BYOP) to find out that a feature is gone that they rely on, with no viable replacement offered from the company, and no answers...

Why can I not conditionally forward to a visual voicemail provider when Straight Talk does not offer visual voicemail? Why were users of conditional forwarding not warned? Who is going to put me back to the status I was before where I had it?

Hi rdcravens. I'm Straight Talk Larry. I apologize for the trouble this has caused you. The Visual Voicemail is supported for Straight Talk branded phones with Verizon and T-Mobile as carrier. It is also supported under the Bring Your Own Phone program under Verizon. However, it is not currently supported with BYOP GSM: AT&T and T-Mobile. If you need further assistance, please check your forum inbox for a message. Click on "New Messages" beside User Control Panel to view your forum inbox. You may also text the key word HELP to 611611 to view our self-service menu with a list of help key words with valuable information. Thank you.

I'm having the same problem. Oct 4 of this year is the last voicemail I got through Google Voice. My phone is deactivated in Voice and every time I try to activate it I get the error "Connection problem or invalid MMI code'". When I tried to initiate a chat through the app, I was told to contact Google, that Straight Talk no longer supported CCF. If this is true, I'll be looking for a new carrier!
