I have been a Straight Talk customer for several years. In that time, I have always been able to use a visual voicemail program called YouMail, which works by getting forwarded calls from Straight Talk.
It was working just fine 3 days ago when my phone died and I had to replace it. Now all of a sudden, Straight Talk is telling me they do not support conditional call forwarding. They supported it 3 days ago on my old phone, which is exact same as my new phone. They are also supporting it RIGHT NOW for my husband, who is on the same pre-paid Straight Talk plan and uses the same unlocked phone.
WHAT THE HECK?!?! Why am I not able to keep the same service that I've had for years? If you don't support it, why does it still work for my husband?
Being able to use visual voicemail is very important for my business, and I will change carriers if I am not able to use it.
