I went to go add the card to my phone, and after scratch the strip where the service pin is, there were only 6 digits instead of the 15 digits. Because of that I am unable to add airtime to my phone.

I'm also having a similar issue, I scratched the strip too roughly and I lost 2 of the numbers. It would be awesome if you could help me. I dont want my aunt to have wasted her money. Thank you!
