Removing Device from My Active Account

Need Help Please!!
I need to remove an active phone and keep it active from my account, don't care what is done with it, just need to remove this phone. I do not have another email account to move it to, so another account can not be set up.
I am tired of every time I go to my current account I have to reset my password because the owner of this active phone has added minutes to it.
PLEASE HELP!!!! I do not want to leave Straight Talk because I can not get the help I know I can get.

I have two phones on my account that are active but I need them removed from my account. I am no longer associated with the other people on my account. What is the easiest way to do this?
