How do I request call and text history?

Hi Myshelties. My name is Straight Talk Larry. We provide call detail records under special circumstances. We can only provide those call records for the last 90 days. All requests should be specific or have a time range (month/date/year). For more information, please call our Customer Care Hotline at 1-800-867-7183; opens from Monday to Sunday 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM EST and ask to be transferred to extension 2468. In addition, all Call Detail Records will be sent via mail. We cannot send it through e-mail. Thanks.

I have tried that and the recording says they cannot located my number in their records.

I am desperate to get my one time text and call history, I understand you can only go back 90 days, which just might work. I have very important family contact numbers and I don't even know how I erased them. I know I have received a text from my cousin and a call from my uncle, I hope one was in the last 90 days. Please help, or lead me in the right direction. Thank you, Tara
