can't call or text

Any time I try to make a call it says welcome to Verizon wireless there was an error while trying to place your call if the error persists please dial #8899 and even when I do that I get the same message. Please help

I have spent alot of time with customer service with no help and still not working. I can text and can receive calls but cant call out. Cant even call to retreive my voicemails. I have important dr messages and cant get them or call anyone.

I started having problems using my internet last night and then this morning I tried texting my husband and it wouldn't go through so I tried calling him.. Well it said that it was having problems authenticating my phone and I can't do anything rather it's call, text, use my internet.
