I did the same thing and when I called customerservice they just kept sending me from automated service to automated service and then hung up. Can I please get help

I'm also having the same issue. All the numbers are gone from my Airtime card. Someone please help.

I scratched fort number off sim activation and mont of service plan. How can I fix this ?
